The key feature of these loans is that there is no upfront payment, you simply pay for your marketing when your house settles or in 6 months whichever comes first – giving you ample time to maximise the exposure and negotiate a great sale price for your property.

How much can I borrow? List Now funds marketing campaigns up to $35,000.
Does List Now require security? No.
Is there an application fee? Yes. List Now charge a $175.00 fee but nothing is paid up front – this is included in the finance.
Other than the setup fee and interest cost, are there any other fees I should be aware of? No.
Does List Now charge a fee if I want to pay off the loan earlier? No early settlement fee applies if the loan is repaid within 6 months.
Will you pay the money into my bank account? No. Funds provided are sent directly to the Ray White Sandringham marketing bank account to be used solely for the marketing of your property.
