Ivan Koulin

Leaving behind a country in turmoil, he sought a new more peaceful and safe existence on the other side of the world.  

Multilingual and with a substantial background in tourism, Ivan initially worked in the hospitality sector. Five years later he was drawn to real estate because it offered him the opportunity of a job combining his two great loves - people and property. He began a personal love affair with property investment that continues to this day.

For 24 years Ivan has worked for Ray White – initially in Epsom. His focus has primarily been in the central suburbs, serving his clients in Epsom, Remuera , Royal Oak, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Greenlane,Hillsborough, Sandringham, Mt Roskill, Newmarket, Parnell and Mt Eden. Over those years Ivan has amassed a large following of loyal clients and many industry awards.
